Step 1: First go to http://www.kilu.de/ and make a account for free.



Step 2: Go to "new project" then go to "Webspace Create".



Step 3: Then select the profile of you site.



Step 4: Select the name of your domain. Then select sub-domain for best service select "kilu.de". Then proceed further.



Step 5: See in the picture 9 that is your domain you have created for example you domain is http://freshwaredownloads.kilu.de/ (your downloading website) and your uploading website will be ftp://freshwaredownloads.kilu.de/ . And in 10 you see your account info used for uploading.



Step 6: Than download a software Filezill. Download form http://freshwaredownloads.kilu.de/FileZilla_3.3.2.1_win32-setup.exe . Run and install it then go to
 FILE --> Site Manger.



Step 7: See 12 to enter your site. You must use "FTP". Then type your account info check you account of kilu for your account username and password. Then click on connect.



Step 8: To upload files you must go to www folder.



Step 9: Select the file to be uploaded.



Step 10: Once your file is uploaded you file will be available to download. Use "http" before your site to download data.

Step 3: Than go to "system 32" folder.



Step 4: Than go to " Drivers" folder.



Step 5: Than go to "etc" folder.



Step 6: Then open "hosts" file. Open the file with notepad.



Step 7: Look in the picture below where to add website to be blocked.



Step 8 & 9: Add 0.0.0.0 before sites to be blocked. Than type sites to be blocked. For exmple

0.0.0.0 www.google.com



Step 10: Than make save changes to that file save and close it.
